Who Did Hermione Lose Her V Card To

Don't Miss

She Can’t See Thestrals

Hinata LOSES HER V-CARD TO HIM….

Thestrals are the skeletal horses that pull the carriages of students to Hogwarts on their first day back to school. Harry discovers he can see these after Cedric Diggory’s death. The only wizarding folk who can see these creatures are, rather grimly, those who have seen;someone die.

When Dumbledore’s Army uses the Thestrals to get to the Ministry of Magic, Hermione is afraid;to ride them because she can’t see them . However, Hermione is eventually is able to see them after the Battle of Hogwarts.

Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban

Hermione buys a cat named Crookshanks, who takes to chasing Ron’s pet rat, Scabbers. Before the start of term, Professor McGonagall secretly gives Hermione a Time-Turner, a device which enables her to go back in time and handle her heavy class schedule, though this is not revealed until the penultimate chapter. Much tension comes into play between Hermione and her two best friends; Harry is furious with her because she told McGonagall that he had received a Firebolt, which was confiscated to be inspected for traces of dark magic. Ron is angry because he feels Crookshanks is responsible for Scabbers’ disappearance, while Hermione fiercely maintains that Crookshanks is innocent.

While filling in for Remus Lupin in one Defence Against the Dark Arts class, Snape labels Hermione “an insufferable know-it-all” and penalises Gryffindor after she speaks out of turn in her attempt to describe a werewolf when no one else does. She correctly deduces Lupin’s secret after completing Snape’s homework assignment from the class. Crookshanks proves vital in exposing Scabbers as Peter Pettigrew, an erstwhile friend of James and Lily Potter, who revealed their whereabouts to Lord Voldemort the night of their murders, and was able to wrongly implicate Sirius Black in the Potters’ deaths. The Time-Turner enables Hermione and Harry to rescue Sirius and the hippogriff Buckbeak.

Went Back To Hogwarts To Finish Her Seventh Year Of School

Hermione loves school, probably more than most and it’s natural to assume that after having to take part in the Second Wizarding War, Hermione felt the need to hit the books and feel a sense of normalcy. J.K Rowling confirmed that after the Deathly Hallows, Hermione returned to Hogwarts to complete her 7th year of school and took her N.E.W.T.s, also known as Nastily Exhausting Wizarding Tests. Getting good grades on your N.E.W.T.s is a;requirement to getting a job at the Ministry of Magic, which also likely played a role in Hermione returning to school.;We’d like to believe that after all those years of hard-work at Hogwarts that to simply not finish would be a tremendous let down for Hermione.

It would be awful for people to assume that her newfound celebrity was the reason behind her employment or rapid advancement within the Ministry. Hermione is the type of person who wants to earn what she gets and even though Harry became an Auror without completing his 7th year of school, Hermione would feel a bit tarnished by this fact. Harry has more practical experience than most when it comes to catching and tracking Death Eaters. After the Deathly Hallows, Kingsley Shacklebolt becomes the Minister of Magic and he was probably hard pressed to find Aurors he could trust. Plus, if you remember Dumbledore did tell Shacklebolt and Lupin that “Harry is the best hope we have. Trust him.” Dumbledore’s recommendation counts for a lot when it comes to job interviews.

Time Traveling To The Beginning

Delphi destroyed the Time-Turner that created the major conflicts of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, but;Draco Malfoy had an improved Time-Turner from his father that allowed them to travel to the past once more.;Traveling to Godric’s Hollow on October 31st, 1981, Ron and Hermione joined forces with Albus, Scorpius, Harry, Ginny, and Draco to stop Delphi once and for all. Delphi hoped to save her father Voldemort. Hermione helped transfigure Harry to make him look more like Voldemort in an effort to trick Delphi before the real Voldemort arrived. Ron and Hermione helped Harry duel Delphi and apprehend her so she could be taken back to the present and sentenced to imprisonment in Azkaban.

Before returning to the present, in order to make;the timeline completely;right again, Ron and Hermione also had to stand aside as the real Voldemort arrived and;took out James and Lily Potter before his crippling defeat at the hands of baby Harry.

They experienced the pain of that moment, but were there for Harry as they always have been. Even if it means time traveling, Ron and Hermione have always been there to help their dear friends and families. While a great deal changed for Ron and Hermione over the years, the essence of their wonderful characters remained the same.

She Was Almost In Ravenclaw

Who Did Hermione Lose Her V Card To

Hermione is referred to as the “brightest witch of her age” by both professors and her peers. Despite her reputation for being a know-it-all, her classmates recognize her keen mind. One Hogwarts student, Terry Boot, even questions why she wasn’t in Ravenclaw since this house is known for their intelligence.

Hermione replies with, “Well, the Sorting Hat did seriously consider putting me in Ravenclaw during my Sorting, but it decided on Gryffindor in the end.” Hermione previously mentioned that she considered Gryffindor house to be “by far the best,” so chances are the Sorting Hat detected her preference, which is how she became a Gryffindor.

Ron Worked With George At Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes

The life of an Auror may have been a good fit for Harry, but it eventually wasn’t for Ron. He left the Ministry of Magic and joined his brother George at Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes. It is heartbreaking to think of George running the business without his twin Fred. It is equally heartwarming, however, to think of Ron joining his brother in running the company, the two of them working as co-managers and truly keeping it a family business that became even more successful than before.

The joke shop is ultimately a better for Ron’s personality than the Auror Department. Ron’s humor was always one of his greatest strengths, a trait that would serve him well while running a joke shop and thinking up new products.

By the time of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Ron still works at Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes with his brother George. The years spent working together likely brought Ron and George closer together than ever before, but inevitably they’d also drive each other crazy at times.

Even if she’s not a fan of the merchandise like the constipation-causing U-No-Poo, Mrs. Weasley must feel proud of her sons’ success and the knowledge they work well together. There’s no better way to honor the memory of Fred Weasley.

Magical Abilities And Skills

Hermione is portrayed during the whole series as an exceptionally talented young witch. J.K. Rowling has stated that Hermione is a “borderline genius.” She received ten O.W.L.s, which were nine Outstandings and one Exceeds Expectations. She is the best student in Harry’s year and is repeatedly the first student to master any spell or charm introduced in her classes and even from more advanced years, as evidenced when she can conjure a Protean Charm on the D.A.’s fake Galleon coins, which is a N.E.W.T. level charm. She is also the first one of her age to be able to cast non-verbal spells. Hermione is a competent duellist Rowling has stated that while during the first three books Hermione could have beaten Harry in any magical duel, but by the fourth book Harry had become so good at Defence Against the Dark Arts that he would have defeated Hermione. Hermione did not tend to do as well in subjects that were not learned through books or formal training, as broom flying did not come as naturally to her in her first year as it did to Harry, and she showed no affinity for Divination, which she dropped from her third-year studies. She was also not good at Wizard’s Chess, as it was the only thing at which she ever lost to Ron.

Hermione later uses Polyjuice Potion to impersonate Bellatrix when the trio attempt to steal Hufflepuff’s cup from Gringotts. She, Harry, and Ron join Dumbledore’s Army in the Battle of Hogwarts, during which Hermione destroys Hufflepuff’s cup in the Chamber of Secrets with a basilisk fang, eliminating another Horcrux. Hermione and Ron also share their first kiss during the battle. In the final battle in the Great Hall, Hermione fights Bellatrix with the help of Ginny Weasley and Luna. However, the three of them are unable to defeat Bellatrix and stop fighting her once Molly Weasley orders them to disengage.

Epilogue and later life

Nineteen years after Voldemort’s death, Hermione and Ron have two children, Rose and Hugo. Though the epilogue does not explicitly say Hermione and Ron are married, news articles and other sources treat it as a fact. The two children are named Rose Granger-Weasley and Hugo Granger-Weasley.

In Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, it is shown that Hermoine has become the Minister for Magic, succeeding Kingsley Shacklebolt.

Married Ron And Had Two Kids

Losing MY V Card To Babysitter- Part 1

Hermione eventually settled down and married her long-time friend and partner Ron Weasley. Ron and Hermione have two children, Rose and Hugo. At the end of The Deathly Hallows Part II, Hermione and Ron reunite with Harry and Ginny to watch their children depart for Hogwarts. It’s natural for a child to gravitate to a specific parent over the other as Rose seems to have a special bond with her mother.;In Harry Potter and the Cursed Child,;Ron ironically says – “I have no idea where Rose gets her ambition from.” Yes, you do Ron and so do we.

Not only is Hermione a mother, it seems as though she’s particularity good at it too. We wouldn’t have thought otherwise though. Hermione is caring and intelligent, which are two excellent qualities for a mother to have. Hermione and Ron encourage Rose to make amends with Albus, who Rose was quarrelling with for befriending a Malfoy. Albus and Rose are cousins and managed to have a strong friendship, before it fell apart in their first year at Hogwarts. Hermione could tell that Albus was struggling and encouraged her daughter to make amends and try to re-friend Albus.;

Became Memorialized In Chocolate Frog Cards

The first time Harry ever heard the name Albus Dumbledore was on a chocolate card he received from the trolley cart while on the Hogwarts Express. He probably had no idea that one day Ron, Hermione and himself would be introduced to future Wizards and Witches via a Chocolate Frog card. Not that Harry needs any introductions, everybody knows who he is as his;celebrity seems to be deeply enshrined in history. For his friends Ron and Hermione, their roles in the Second Wizarding War is just as a significant, but likely less talked about than Harry’s.

Getting your own Chocolate Frog card seems to have meant the most to Ron, who called it his Finest Hour, but we would like to think this at least tickled Hermione. If only a little.;We assume Hermione’s successes and accomplishments, which let’s face it are pretty extensive, will all be listed beside her name. What we’d love to know, but probably won’t get a chance to, is which one of their cards is seen as more rare than the others? Does everyone have a Harry card and;is Hermione’s slightly more valuable?

Ron And Harry Became Aurors

It’s a little disconcerting to think that these slackers became Aurors, entrusted with upholding the law and protecting the magical world. The Ministry of Magic traditionally only hired Aurors with five or more top grades in their N.E.W.T.s, of which Ron and Harry had no grades because they didn’t go back to Hogwarts for their final year.

In all seriousness, though, hiring Ron and Harry was a smart move by the new Minister for Magic–and Order of the Phoenix member–Kingsley Shacklebolt. With many Death Eaters still in need of rounding up after Voldemort’s defeat, no one was better fit for such a job than those who’d fought on the front lines of the Second Wizarding War. Their real world experiences made them more qualified than anything they could’ve learned as 7th-years. Kingsley could trust them completely and he needed that, especially in a time when many individuals were trying to pull a Lucius Malfoy and make it seem like they hadn’t fought with and supported Voldemort, or turned a blind eye in order to benefit from his regime.

J.K. Rowling feels becoming Aurors would’ve been a good thing for them, getting to finish the job instead of being pushed to the sidelines. Kingsley’s faith in them paid off as they not only did the job, but;helped revolutionize the Ministry into becoming the just, competent government it was always meant to be.

Her Obsessive Crush On Harry

We all know about Ginny’s embarrassment when she sees Harry, back in Chamber Of Secrets. In fact, every time she ever came in contact with him, she could hardly get a word out, due to the massive crush she had on him ever since a young girl. We could be wondering exactly where this massive crush came from, because she basically didn’t know who he was up until Chamber Of Secrets, so why does she have such an obsession with him before actually meeting him as Harry Potter?

Her Portrayal In The Movie Franchise

Who Did Hermione Lose Her V Card To

The Harry Potter movies are great, no doubt, but they can’t compare to the books, and one of the reasons why is the amount of things that happen in the books that are cut off from the movies. Ginny is one of the characters that gets the shorter end of the stick. We hardly ever see her or get to know much about her personality, and even when we do, she’s always portrayed as nothing more than a secondary character. This, of course, leads to the absolute lack of chemistry between her and Harry. She’s boring in the movies, considering how incredibly feisty and passionate she was in the books.

Magical Skills And Abilities

Although rather dumb in comparison with her dorm mate Hermione Granger, Lavender isn’t completely stupid. She excells in Charms, earning herself an Exceeds Expectations as well as the same in Care Of Magical Creatures and Defence Against The Dark Arts. Passing the rest with average scores, she managed to get an Outstanding in Divination, the highest in their year. Being a member of the DA helped her pass her OWLs. Lavender has also admitted that, just because she chooses not to raise her hand in class, it does not mean that she doesn’t know the answer. She often pretends to not know the answer, just so that she lives up to her ‘dumb’ stereotype.

Hermione Completed Her Education

Harry, Ron, and Hermione missed their important 7th year at Hogwarts in order to locate and destroy Voldemort’s Horcruxes. Even Mrs. Weasley can see they made the right decision in the end, but their bravery and ultimate triumph didn’t mean they couldn’t go back and finish their education.

Ever the model student, J.K. Rowling revealed that Hermione returned to Hogwarts to;complete her 7th year and take the N.E.W.T.s .;Top grades in the N.E.W.T.s are essential for pursuing many careers in the magical world, including employment at the Ministry of Magic. Hermione’s return was no doubt motivated by not only the necessity of having excellent N.E.W.T scores for the exemplary careers she planned to pursue, but also to properly culminate all her years of hard work and learning. No matter what Hermione went on to do, there’s no doubt she’d always feel unsatisfied and regretful if she didn’t finish her education. She wouldn’t want to get offered a job because of her newfound fame when she could prove she deserved it with her extraordinary grades. If she was willing to time travel in order to take extra classes, there’s no way she wouldn’t return for her final year of school.

Harry and Ron, on the other hand, chose not to return to Hogwarts to finish their formal education. These decisions are certainly within their characters, but it’s a little sad to think about the trio not all together for their final year and;missing the opportunity to graduate together.

Harry And Ron Hurt Her Feelings

Harry, Hermione, and Ron didn’t automatically become friends the moment they met. In fact, Ron didn’t like Hermione very much since she always had an answer for everything.

Hermione also enjoyed making other people see when they were wrong about something. That led to Ron publicly insulting her without realizing Hermione was nearby. And when she ran to the bathroom to cry her eyes out, the troll went after her.

She Was Bad At Wizard’s Chess

DDG responds to little sister Tee Tee losing her V-Card ð³

Audiences know from that start that if there is anything that Ron is good at, it’s Wizard’s Chess. We see Ron defeating Harry in a;game in the library, and his skills are truly put the test during the final battle;to get to the Sorcerer’s Stone. In the books, however, Hermione can’t seem to win a single match against Ron. Harry thought it was “very good for her” to have something she didn’t excel at, much to Hermione’s chagrin.

Apparently, she isn’t very good;at knitting, either. She tried fruitlessly on several occasions to knit clothes for the house-elves that worked in the Hogwarts kitchen, as a part of her S.P.E.W initiative, but they came out in all sorts of odd shapes.
