Of course, 19 years later we got some house diversity in the form of a Potter in Slytherin, and a Slytherin Malfoy that wasnt a prat. But Cursed Child canon isnt quite the same as Harry Potter canon.

for example, in book 1, when they are entangled in devils snare, some might think Hermione is witty and quick on her feet. in truth, she acted more like a gryffindor by staying calm and being brave. she remembers that rhyme from her herbology book, which i admit is clever, but a real Ravenclaw would probably think up a new solution.
of course, everyone has traits from each house so the sorting hat has to decide which ones stand out most. perhaps the same thing happened to Hermione as it did to Harry when he was being sorted, except with Ravenclaw instead of Slytherin. who knows?
lastly, to prove that Hermione definitely isnt a Ravenclaw, in book 7 when Luna takes Harry to the Ravenclaw common room and she has to answer the question: What came first, the phoenix or the flame? . Luna gives a very creative and witty answer: a circle has no beginning. Hermione would have probably spent ages trying to figure out a logical answer to the question, when any witty answer would have probably been accepted.
