Right from the very first chapter of Philosophers Stone, a major decision was made: Albus Dumbledore decided to leave Harry Potter with his Muggle relatives, the Dursleys, in the hope that he would have a normal upbringing.
But what if Dumbledore had decided otherwise? What if Harry didnt need to be where his mothers blood was, and had been raised in the magical world instead? Well, for one thing, its safe to assume that the humble, modest and bewildered Harry Potter we know from the books wouldnt exist. He would arrive at Hogwarts with a fully-formed knowledge of magic and his own fame. Would he have been a Gilderoy Lockhart in the making? Or maybe, after having been asked for the thousandth time for a magical selfie , he would have grown tired of fame. Either way, its doubtful that upbringing would have forged the fortitude needed to fight Lord Voldemort. His childhood with the Dursleys wasnt a happy one, but it did at least make him who he was.

When you think of the most popular book and movie franchise of all time, one name comes to mind: Harry Potter. It has become a cultural phenomenon around the globe and has truly changed the world.
The first book series was written by J.K. Rowling and the first book, Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone was published in 1997, followed by immediate widespread success.

Chris Rankin Who Played Percy Weasley Worked In A Pub After Harry Potter Finished
The lovable, kind-hearted, carrot-topped Weasley family took Harry under their wing like an adopted son with one anomaly. Percy Weasley went from being a snooty prefect to being an employee of the corrupt Ministry of Magic. He was played by Chris Rankin, who apparently sent a letter asking to audition for the role.
Since his days at Hogwarts, Rankin hasn’t appeared on our screens, aside from a few small roles . In fact, the young actor found getting work so difficult, he ended up getting a bartending job at a pub in Wales. The biggest fight between Watson and Radcliffe took place during the evidently eventful production of the fourth movie. The two ruffled each other’s feathers over the Latin language, of all things.
In the same interview with the Radio Times, Radcliffe reminisced, “I remember one of the big arguments we had on the fourth film – we didn’t speak to each other for a couple of days – was about… She was arguing about the Latin language, that nobody knows what it sounds like, what a Latin accent should be. One of the things we adore most about this duo is that they dont play it cool. They are best friends, and they dont mind telling each other that. Scorpius tells Albus, All I ever wanted to do was go to Hogwarts and have a mate to get up to mayhem with. Just like Harry Potter. And I got his son. How crazily fortunate is that… you’re my best friend, Albus. And this is mayhem to the nth degree.
And what about that moment when Albus tells Scorpius, Because I don’t think Voldemort is capable of having a kind son and you’re kind, Scorpius. To the depths of your belly, to the tips of your fingers.

Impersonating Ministry Officials & Getting Them In Trouble
Learning nothing from their stunt in The Order of the Phoenix, the Golden Trio decides to break into the Ministry again in The Deathly Hallows Part 1. Their elaborate plan consists of disguising themselves as Ministry officials with Polyjuice Potion and looking for the Horcrux under Umbridge’s possession.
Unfortunately for them, things don’t go smoothly. They soon discover that the wife of the man Ron is pretending to be is being interrogated, and if her trial doesn’t go accordingly, she could potentially go to Azkaban. They do manage to save her from Umbridge’s clutches in the end, so there’s that, at least!
James Potter Sirius Black And Remus Lupin
If theres one thing fans of the series always wanted to read more about, its Moony, Padfoot and Prongs having some banter around Hogwarts in their halcyon days of youth.
James, Sirius and Remus were the Fred and George of their day sneaking out when they were supposed to be in bed, stealing midnight snacks from the kitchens and creating incredibly complex magical artefacts just for fun.
But their friendship isnt just based on fun. Once the friends discover that Remus is a werewolf, they dont reject him like Remus always feared they would. In fact they take it upon themselves to turn into unregistered Animagi so that they can keep Remus company as animals while he deals with his furry little problem. Thats true friendship.
