Hartford Symphony Orchestra Announces The Return Of The Harry Potter Film Concert Series With Harry Potter And The Chamber Of Secrets In Concert
The Hartford Symphony Orchestra announced today that it will present Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets in Concert at The Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts in Hartford on Friday, April 13, 2018 at 7 pm and Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 1 pm. This is the second concert in the Harry Potter Film Concert Series. The HSO will perform John Williams unforgettable score from HarryPotter and the Chamber of Secrets while the film plays in high-definition on a 40-foot screen. Tickets go on sale Monday, November 20, 2017 at 10:00 am by visiting hartfordsymphony.org, in person at The Bushnell Box Office, and by calling 860-987-5900.
The Harry Potter Film Concert Series, which is another magical experience from J.K. Rowlings Wizarding World, kicked off in June 2016 with Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone and is scheduled to include hundreds of performances across more than 35 countries around the world through 2018.

The BPO outdid themselves with a magical performance of Harry Potter’s second year at Hogwarts. I hope they continue the series, I will be at every show if they do. I was nervous we wouldn’t be able to hear the film but it was easy to hear and the subtitles were helpful the music brought the magic to life and I was so glad my family and I were able to attend. Love the BPO and Shea’s is beautiful as ever.
