Leilah Sutherland And Rochelle Douglas As Alicia Spinnet
Alicia Spinnet is one of those minor Harry Potter characters who often appears in the background, but never actually has any lines. Therefore, she has been played by a number of different actresses, although only two actually received credit for the role. According to IMDB, Leilah Sutherland played Alicia Spinnet in Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone, where she is seen with Harry when he plays his first Quidditch match.
Alicia was a chaser for the Gryffindor quidditch team and became a member of Dumbledores Army in the books, although its unclear whether or not shes part of the villainous club in the films. Rochelle Douglas took over the role for Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, again showing up during a Quidditch related scene. Neither Sutherland or Douglas have any other acting credits, but Douglas is a former international gymnastics champion and current girls gymnastics coach for Europa Gym in Crayford, a town about 20 miles east of London.
Rubeus Hagrid Robbie Coltrane
Things have been quieter for Robbie Coltrane since Harry Potter ended, but he has still lent his voice and acting chops to a few projects since. Hes also kept up his role of Hagrid by filming the short that now plays before the new Wizarding World ride, Hagrids Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure.
Alastor Moody Brendan Gleeson
Gleeson has mostly stayed out of the big spotlight since Mad-Eye Moodys death in Deathly Hallows: Part 1, but hes been consistently busy, with multiple acting projects a year. Some of those projects include starring alongside one of his sons , Domhnall Gleeson in Calvary, and more widely released films such as Edge of Tomorrow, In the Heart of the Sea, and Paddington 2. Hes also set to play Donald Trump in A Higher Loyalty, an adaption of James Comeys book of the same name.

Lily Potter Was Played By Geraldine Somerville
Actress Geraldine Somerville played Lily Evans Potter, Harry’s mother.
Before joining the “Harry Potter” franchise in “Sorcerer’s Stone,” Somerville starred as Juliet in the 1994 TV movie adaptation of “Romeo and Juliet” and appeared alongside Coltrane on “Cracker” from 1993 to 1995.
In between filming the series, Somerville joined Smith and Gambon in “Gosford Park” .
Wright Is Now An Actor Director And Environmental Activist
Wright went on to appear in and direct a few short films after the “Harry Potter” series ended.
She also appeared in “After the Dark” , “Before I Sleep” , and a 2018 retelling of “A Christmas Carol.”
Her other accomplishments include being named Star Baker on “The Great Sport Relief Bake Off” , being an ambassador for Lumos alongside Lynch, and working as an activist with Greenpeace to end plastic pollution.

David Bradley is another veteran actor who has the honor of having been in all but one Harry Potter film, the first Deathly Hallows. Another Harry Potter actor who sadly passed away in 2017 is Robert Hardy. His last Potter film was Order of the Phoenix. He also had roles in Sense and Sensibility with fellow Harry Potter actors Emma Thompson, Gemma Jones, and Alan Rickman with other Harry Potter actors Kenneth Branagh, Helena Bonham Carter, and John Cleese Little Dorrit and Lassie.

Molly Weasley survived the final film, and had one of the most iconic lines in the series, Not my daughter, you bitch! Unsurprisingly, Walters acting career never faltered post-HP. She continued to star in many UK-centric projects including The Hollow Crown, both Paddington films, Brooklyn, , as well as both Mamma Mia films.

Davis Is An Acting Legend
After “Harry Potter,” Davis continued acting in a number of “Star Wars” films, including “The Force Awakens” , “Rogue One” , “The Last Jedi” , “Solo: A Star Wars Story” , and “The Rise of Skywalker” . He also voiced a character on Disney XD’s “Star Wars Rebels.”
Davis went on to star alongside Rickey Gervais on HBO’s “Life’s Too Short” from 2011 to 2013 and appear in “Maleficent: Mistress of Evil” .
Most recently, he was voicing Sniff on Sky One’s “Moominvalley” starting in 2019.

Severus Snape Alan Rickman
Rickman unfortunately passed away in 2016 at the age of 69. His final film was a voice role in Alice Through the Looking Glass as Absolem. He also voiced the Blue Caterpillar in Disneys 2010 iteration of Alice in Wonderland.

Creevey actor Hugh Mitchell has had a low-key acting life since Potter. He appeared as young Silas in The Da Vinci Code, as well as tv appearances in some British favorites including Parades End, The White Queen, and Wallander. Harry Potter And The Philosopher’s Stone
Hermione first appears in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone when she meets Harry and Ron on the Hogwarts Express, where she mocks Ron for his inability to perform a spell to turn his rat yellow. She proves just how much she knows by declaring that she memorized all the textbooks by heart. She constantly annoys her peers with her knowledge, so Harry and Ron initially consider her arrogant, especially after she criticises Ron’s incantation of the Levitation Charm. They heartily dislike her until they rescue her from a troll, for which she is so thankful that she lies to protect them from punishment, thus winning their friendship. Hermione’s knack for logic later enables the trio to solve a puzzle that is essential to retrieving the Philosopher’s Stone, and she defeats the constrictive Devil’s Snare plant by summoning a jet of “bluebell flame”.
Hermione is the brains behind the plan to enter the place where the Stone is hidden. She responds to Harry’s wariness of Professor Severus Snape and is also suspicious of him. She reveals to Harry and Ron that she does a lot of research in the library, which helped her defeat the Devil’s Snare and work out the logic of the potions.
Rowling said on her website that she resisted her editor’s requests to remove the troll scene, stating “Hermione is so very arrogant and annoying in the early part of Philosopher’s Stone that I really felt it needed something huge to bring her together with Harry and Ron.”
Rubeus Hagrid Was Played By Robbie Coltrane
Rubeus Hagrid, Hogwarts’ lovable half-giant gamekeeper and care of magical creatures professor, was played by Robbie Coltrane.
Before he played Hagrid, Coltrane was known for appearing on the BBC miniseries “Tutti Frutti” and starring on ITV’s “Cracker” from 1993 to 1996,
He had also already played Valentin Zukovsky in two James Bond films “GoldenEye” and “The World Is Not Enough” .
In between the “Harry Potter” films, Coltrane appeared in “Van Helsing” , “Ocean’s Twelve” , and voiced a character in “The Tale of Despereaux” alongside Watson.

Hermione is portrayed during the whole series as an exceptionally talented young witch. J.K. Rowling has stated that Hermione is a “borderline genius.” She received ten O.W.L.s, which were nine Outstandings and one Exceeds Expectations. She is the best student in Harry’s year and is repeatedly the first student to master any spell or charm introduced in her classes and even from more advanced years, as evidenced when she can conjure a Protean Charm on the D.A.’s fake Galleon coins, which is a N.E.W.T. level charm. She is also the first one of her age to be able to cast non-verbal spells. Hermione is a competent duellist Rowling has stated that while during the first three books Hermione could have beaten Harry in any magical duel, but by the fourth book Harry had become so good at Defence Against the Dark Arts that he would have defeated Hermione. Hermione did not tend to do as well in subjects that were not learned through books or formal training, as broom flying did not come as naturally to her in her first year as it did to Harry, and she showed no affinity for Divination, which she dropped from her third-year studies. She was also not good at Wizard’s Chess, as it was the only thing at which she ever lost to Ron.
Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows
Hermione later uses Polyjuice Potion to impersonate Bellatrix when the trio attempt to steal Hufflepuff’s cup from Gringotts. She, Harry, and Ron join Dumbledore’s Army in the Battle of Hogwarts, during which Hermione destroys Hufflepuff’s cup in the Chamber of Secrets with a basilisk fang, eliminating another Horcrux. Hermione and Ron also share their first kiss during the battle. In the final battle in the Great Hall, Hermione fights Bellatrix with the help of Ginny Weasley and Luna. However, the three of them are unable to defeat Bellatrix and stop fighting her once Molly Weasley orders them to disengage.
Epilogue and later life
Nineteen years after Voldemort’s death, Hermione and Ron have two children, Rose and Hugo. Though the epilogue does not explicitly say Hermione and Ron are married, news articles and other sources treat it as a fact. The two children are named Rose Granger-Weasley and Hugo Granger-Weasley.
