Dolores Umbridge Was Played By Imelda Staunton
Senior undersecretary to the minister for magic and temporary Hogwarts defense against the dark arts professor, Dolores Umbridge was played by actress Imelda Staunton.
Before joining the “Harry Potter” cast in “Order of the Phoenix,” Staunton rose to fame appearing in “Much Ado About Nothing” alongside Thompson, “Sense and Sensibility” alongside Thompson and Rickman, and “Shakespeare in Love” alongside Williams.
The English actress also found success on the stage in West End productions of “The Beggar’s Opera” , “Guys and Dolls” , and “Into the Woods” .

Harry Potter’s ‘privet Drive’ House Up For Sale
The house used as Harry Potter’s home in the hit film adaptations of JK Rowling’s books has been put up for sale.
The three-bedroom suburban cul-de-sac house featured as 4 Privet Drive, Surrey, home of the boy wizard’s dreadful aunt and uncle, the Dursleys.
But it is, in fact, 12 Picket Post Close in Bracknell, Berkshire.
Its current owners have put the house on sale for £475,000 – it was bought for £290,000 in 2010.
The original owners were first approached by Warner Brothers in 2000 to use the building in their movie.
Filming took place at the location over two weeks as the property was transformed into the home of the Dursley family.
A cupboard under the stairs, similar to the one where Harry is famously forced to live by his relatives, also features in the house.
Estate agent Paul Bosanko, said the property had already received global interest and had set new records in the number of “clicks” received on its website.
“When we first launched the property four days ago, we did not mention the Harry Potter connection, but this morning it’s been pretty evident that the world is interested in this property and there is an awful lot of hype”, he added.

Harry’s Protection Against Lord Voldemort
When Lily sacrificed herself to save Harry in Godric’s Hollow, he was protected by magic’s strongest defense: love. Dumbledore explained to Harry at a young age how Lily’s love lived on and served as a protection against evil. However, there’s more to Lily’s protection than that. Harry remained protected when he moved in with the Dursley family because, as sisters, Lily and Petunia shared the same blood. Dumbledore knew this, which was why he chose the family to take care of Harry after becoming an orphan, and insisted on Harry returning to the Dursleys every summer despite their ill treatment of him.
Lily’s protection still encompassed Harry when he started at Hogwarts. Voldemort was unable to touch Harry, and if he tried, he would be a victim of serious pain – as proven in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone. The love protection spell lifted when Harry turned seventeen in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, which is why he had to be hurried away from the Dursleys’ house in the dead of night. However, Lily’s protective charm was unwittingly extended by Voldemort himself, who ended up spelling his own doom.

The Mortality Of Harry Potter
Although it might seem that Harry Potter cannot be killed and even the prophecy might suggest that if Voldemort died, Harry would become immortal, there is really no evidence to substantiate that. The Internet is full of different interpretations of the famous prophecy and youll certainly come across some good explanations on why Harry is immortal.
Still, neither the books nor Rowling herself has said anything to support this thesis. Certainly, Harry and Voldemort had to be killed one by the other, but it was never clearly said that the one who survives would gain immortality.
So, as we can deduce, Harry Potter is not immortal and he can and will die somewhere in the distant future and until we get some hard evidence to the contrary, we cannot state otherwise. It is fun to speculate, but thats just it it cannot go beyond speculations.

Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban
In the third book, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Rowling uses a time travel premise. Harry learns that his parents were betrayed to Voldemort by their friend Peter Pettigrew, who framed Harry’s godfather Sirius Black for the crimes, condemning him to Azkaban, the wizard prison. When Sirius escapes to find Harry, Harry and Hermione use a Time Turner to save him and a hippogriff named Buckbeak. When Pettigrew escapes, an innocent Sirius becomes a hunted fugitive once again. Harry learns how to create a Patronus, which takes the form of a stag, the same as his late father’s.
Lily’s Protection In Voldemort’s Blood Saved Harry
When Lord Voldemort rebuilt his physical body in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, he used Harry’s blood. That ingredient would go on to aid in the Dark Lord’s downfall. At first it seemed that the love protection was canceled out when Voldemort used Harry’s blood, since Voldemort was able to touch Harry without experiencing pain – but that wasn’t the case. The protection, first created by Lily, actually lived on through Voldemort when he received a new body. As Dumbledore explained, “His body keeps her sacrifice alive, and while that enchantment survives, so do you.”
When Voldemort hit Harry with the Killing Curse in the forest, it destroyed the Horcrux that resided in Harry, but left Harry himself alive. Since Voldemort was still alive, Lily’s love spell was still in effect. Harry was sent to limbo, where he encountered Dumbledore. He was given a choice to die and finally rest, or return home, and he chose the latter. Nagini remained as Voldemort’s last Horcrux until Neville destroyed her with the Gryffindor’s Sword. With no Horcruxes remaining as Voldemort’s primary defenses, this left the Dark Lord vulnerable.

Harry Potter Was The Master Of The Elder Wand
One reason that Harry lived after being hit by the Killing Curse in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is his mastery of the Elder Wand. There was a belief that obtaining the Deathly Hallows would grant the finder some sort of immortality. The Deathly Hallows were directly connected to the legend from The Tales of Beedle the Bard. In the tale, the Peverell brothers tricked Death, who in return offered them “gifts” intended to corrupt them and lead to their deaths. The rewards included the Elder Wand, the Resurrection Stone, and the Invisibility Cloak.
Harry notably possessed all three items that comprised the Deathly Hallows when Voldemort tried to kill him the night of the Battle of Hogwarts. He received the Cloak of Invisibility from his father, James, and obtained the Resurrection Stone from Dumbledore after it was hidden in a snitch. While it’s unclear whether there’s any truth to the “Master of Death” being immortal, the Elder Wand will resist causing harm to its master – who, via a roundabout series of events, was Harry. Draco was the previous owner of the Elder Wand, but Harry successfully disarmed him, making Harry the new master even while the Elder Wand was technically in Voldemort’s possession. Harry’s mastery of the Elder Wand explains why Voldemort failed to kill him in their final battle, but there’s also another explanation for why Harry survived the Killing Curse in the Forbidden Forest.

Who Did Dudley Marry
Again, in the post-Potter years, it was revealed that Harry and Dudley became “Christmas Card” relatives. Dudley has muggle children which, implies that at least for a time he may have been married. But, it is never revealed who he marries. Perhaps he married a young lady who brought him out of his shell, highlighted the “kind” Dudley who left tea outside Harry’s room and didn’t think Harry was a waste of space. But for now, fans do not know for sure.

The high-tech and low-tech thieves, along with the bigmouths, are acting willfully, intentionally, and yes, unethically.
