Hello everyone, welcome to Part 1 of our Walkthrough for Holidays at Hogwarts Adventure of Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery. This adventure is available for students of Year 2 and above, and during it, you and your friends will get to throw a special party for your teachers. Once you start the adventure, Hagrid will inform you that Professor Dumbledore is about to announce something, so proceed to the Great Hall when you are ready.
Upon arriving, you will notice the speech bubbles above some of the characters. Tap on those if you are curious to see what they have to say.
Professor Dumbledore will announce that the holiday break is soon to start.
He will also say that some of the staff members will remain at Hogwarts during the break.
Hell look forward to spending the holidays with everyone who chooses to stay at Hogwarts.
You will join Penny at the table. Shell tell you how much she loves the holidays.
You will learn that she is going to be spending the holidays at Hogwarts as well.

Hogwarts Legacy Release Date
Hogwarts Legacy was initially set to be released at some point in 2021, but after a recent delay, we won’t be seeing it until 2022. This is for the sake of making the game as good as it can be.
The game will be released on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and PC. The graphical differences we can expect between these generational gaps is currently unconfirmed, but its probably safe to say Hogwarts Legacy will look better on PS5 and Xbox Series X.
The game is being developed by Avalanche Software and published by Warner Bros. Games. Avalanche Software previously developed Cars 3: Driven to Win, so Hogwarts Legacy is a big step up for them as far as scale goes.
Warner Bros. has been confirmed to be showing up at E3, but it was recently revealed that both Hogwarts Legacy and Suicide Squad would not be shown during the event. It’s possible we might not see Hogwarts Legacy for the rest of this year. Sony hosted its PlayStation Showcase 2021, yet Hogwarts Legacy was nowhere to be found. Unless a surprise event is dropped later in the year, The Game Awards is the last good spot for it to appear.

Hogwarts Mystery Push Notifications Experience
All of the retention features above are more or less subtle. The most direct retention strategy the game uses are push notifications.
The role of push notifications is simple to bring players back to the game. For this to actually happen, push notifications should be relevant, timely, and enticing.
If you do just one thing wrong they can chase players away.
Hogwarts Mystery sure doesnt hold back in sending out push notifications. After finishing my first session, it took minutes until I got the first push notification. It was an Energy full notification.
After I didnt respond to it, the second one was there to tell me that Hogwarts Misses You. This was purely a reminder to come back.
Later on, resource-related notifications popped up regularly.
The notifications mostly followed the storyline. The content of these notifications was pretty enticing, such as: Rowan is ready for you, or Professor McGOnagall expects perfect attendance.
Even though they come often, the notifications are not too aggressive. For example, none of the notifications featured in-app purchase offers.
