Will Harry Potter & The Cursed Child Movie Happen
Jack Thornes two-part play, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child premiered on 30 July 2016, at Palace Theatre, London. The Cursed Child is set nineteen years after the events of The Deathly Hallows and follows Harry, who is now Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement at The Ministry of Magic. Whether The Cursed Child will actually be adapted into a movie has not been confirmed either by Warner Bros. or Rowling herself, there is no sure-shot way to know if the movie will be released, if ever. However, this adaptation is not entirely out of the question, as director Chris Columbus, director of Harry Potter and the Philosophers stone, wishes to bring back the original trio for this fantasy project. The third installment of Fantastic Beasts, the prequel series to Harry Potter, is coming to theaters sooner than expected.
Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore will now debut in cinemas on April 15, 2022. The fantasy flick was originally scheduled for a July 15 release.

The Movie Is Coming To Theaters Next April
Warner Bros. has released a new trailer for Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore, which is coming to theaters on April 15, 2022. The trailer gives a look at Mads Mikkelsen’s Grindelwald, as well as returning characters, including Newt Scamander, Jacob, Dumbledore, and more. Secrets of Dumbledore is the third movie in the Fantastic Beasts series, following 2016’s Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, and 2018’s The Crimes of Grindelwald. This movie marks Mikkelsen’s debut as Grindelwald, who replaced Johnny Depp after Warner Bros. asked Depp to resign because of abuse allegations between Depp and Amber Heard. Mikkelsen has called taking over the role, “tricky”, saying, “there has to be a bridge between what Johnny did and what I’m going to do.”
The screenplay for Secrets of Dumbledore was penned by J.K. Rowling, the original creator of the Harry Potter series. That makes the decision to support the movie or not difficult for many fans of the wizarding world, as J.K. Rowling has become a major proponent of anti-transgender rhetoric.

Where Will Fantastic Beasts 3 Take Place
Unlike the Harry Potter films, which are predominantly all set in the same area, the Fantastic Beasts movies have moved all over the world. The first movie was largely set in the United States and the second took place in Paris, France. Although we do not officially know where the next movie will be set, there is a theory that the new film could transport its character to Germany.

Daniel Radcliffe Gives Next Harry Potter Movie Update
Daniel Radcliffe has shared his feelings about starring in an adaptation of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.
Although Daniel Radcliffe was reunited with hisco-stars Emma Watson and Rupert Grint during the Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwartsspecial, it doesn’t sound like he’s too interested in returning to star in any further films set in the Wizarding World anytime soon.
Despite rumors swirling late last year about a possible adaptation of the play, Radcliffe told The New York Times that a Cursed Child movie was “not something I’m really interested in doing right now”.
“This isn’t the answer that anybody’s going to want, but I think I was so able to go back and enjoy it because it’s not a part of my day-to-day life anymore”, he said, continuing: “I’m getting to a point where I feel like I made it out of Potter okay and I’m really happy with where I am now, and to go back would be such a massive change to my life.
“I’m never going to say never, but the Star Wars guys had like 30, 40 years before they went back. For me, it’s only been 10. It’s not something I’m really interested in doing right now”, he added.
The play is set 19 years after the final Harry Potter book and focuses on a grown-up Harry working at the Ministry of Magic and his son who has just begun classes at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
